Since 2009, we’ve crafted dozens and dozens of videos for the Private Banking team at BMO. When it came time to create a fresh, new branded recruitment campaign, we stepped up. We pitched a differentiating creative, interviewed and selected a diverse selection of brand ambassadors, and delivered a turn-key production solution. Between COVID-19 lockdowns, we captured advisors from Calgary to Montreal in 4K with a nimble 3-person crew.
The multi-video campaign consists of a 105-second teaser that introduces eight different wealth advisors with eight different reasons to choose a career at BMO Private Wealth. Twelve additional 30 to 40-second vignettes bring the firm’s career value proposition to life. In addition to the recruitment stories, we captured a wide range of material that will be used for a series of client-facing videos.
