The best way to inspire teamwork and collaboration in your employees is tell memorable stories of their peers actually doing it. But distilling the essence of sometimes complicated customer success stories can be challenging – especially when stories involve multiple stakeholders, different business lines, and 3 or 4 cities in North America and Europe. (Sometimes, you just have to get creative!)
And that is what the team at Storymasters has been doing for our friends at Rockwell Automation. We tabled playful story ideas and proposed graphical solutions that minimize involvement of their busy engineering staff. The videos have gone viral across the globe on their internal online portal and the Rockwell team is planning more.
The moral of the story? The best place to look for best practices is inside your own organization. Reward and recognize those who are doing it right.
